Our specialist jet washing equipment includes heavy-duty pressure washing machines which provide ample power for the toughest of cleaning jobs and can be used with hot or cold water or steam. Pest Control FAQ's

What is involved in a treatment for rats or mice?

During your appointment, our team will talk to you to help establish the type of pest (if you aren’t certain) and where you saw or heard them. They will then survey the affected areas to find the cause of the infestation.

After discussing your personal needs, including whether you have small children or pets, they will recommend the best possible treatment to safely, effectively and humanely control the rats or mice.

Our pest controllers will also offer advice as to how you can reduce future issues with pests, including any preventative or pest proofing measures.

Is it legal to kill rabbits?

Yes, in fact land owners have a legal duty to control rabbit populations on their land.

Can I pay in instalments for treatments?

No, unfortunately we don’t offer payment plans, or concessions for residents.

Do I need to be at home to receive a pest control treatment?

Yes, even if we treat outside, you will need to be on hand to listen to the advice provided by the pest control operative and to sign a disclaimer.

How long do I have to leave the house for following a fumigation?

The pest control operative will advise you when you can return to an area following treatment. It is usually safe to do so after a period of around three hours.

Are my pets safe?

As above, the pest control operative will explain the best method of treatment and when it is safe for your pets to return.

Cleansing FAQ's

Do I need an outside water supply?

No, the team have access to a water source and provide the water for all of our cleansing works.

Mould Treatment FAQ's

Do I need to strip wallpaper and move my furniture prior to treatment?

Yes, the surveyor will explain what needs to be done prior to a mould treatment. Generally speaking, wallpaper will need to be stripped back a metre from an affected area. Also furniture will need to be moved away from the wall so our operative can work safely.

Can the mould treatment application be painted over wallpaper?

The treatment is more effective when applied directly to the wall but you may have repeat problems if applied over wallpaper.
